The Team

The Founder

CEO & Founder

Dr. Anil Yigit

AYCC was founded by Dr. Anil Yigit. He brings extensive experience across private equity, M&A and operational leadership, with a strong focus on driving transformation and sustainable value creation.

A significant part of his career has been shaped by working closely with private equity investors, including roles at Mutares and FairCap. In these environments, he held operational leadership positions across portfolio companies, taking responsibility for performance improvement, transformation and growth.

His responsibilities ranged from leading company-wide transformation programs to taking on executive roles, including serving as portfolio CEO and successfully supporting a company through an exit process.

This experience is complemented by his background in M&A advisory and management consulting at Deloitte, where he gained experience across the full transaction lifecycle: from strategic analysis and valuation to post-merger integration.

In addition, he held a global Sales Excellence leadership role at Wilo for Emerging Markets, where he developed and implemented sales strategies, pricing models and business development initiatives in an international industrial environment.

He studied business and economics at Technical University of Dortmund and Columbia University in New York. He received multiple academic awards and scholarships and earned his doctorate with distinction from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. He is also a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

AYCC reflects this combination of strategic, transactional and operational experience, with a clear focus on translating strategy into execution and delivering measurable results.

With growing business activity, the firm plans to expand its team and, where required, works with selected external experts and specialized advisors.
